Steps to becoming a member of Mississippi Boychoir :
Young men, ages 7-18 and have a natural gift for singing, are eligible for membership.
1. Request an audition by sending an application to

2. Audition (after a Boychoir concert or at a time set by conductor & parent) Auditions consist of singing the Happy Birthday song and echoing activities like clapping, singing back short melodies and chords. --Very boy-friendly.
3. Receive an invitation to membership, usually given at the close of an audition.
4. Register for the upcoming season by payment of a $40 deposit (applicable to the Registration Fee) within 2 weeks after audition date.
5. Pay remaining Registration Fee (or find a Sponsor to pay it) on or before Aug.1 and Tuition Fee on or before the first rehearsal. Plans for deferred payment are listed in 2007-2008 Handbook, given with invitation.
A Financial Aid Application Form is available upon request.
6. Sign a commitment to support the Boychoir program, as detailed in the
choir’s 2007-2008 Handbook, which is mailed to those who have paid the Registration Fee Deposit in their membership packets, on or before Aug. 1.
